What a blessing it was to be with Sing for Joy! for last week's Second Sunday Sings. I look forward to many more worship experiences as exciting as that one was. Thank you to all the members of Sing for Joy for your dedication and talent! We're glad God is using you in OUR midst! Don't forget! Next month we will be having an old-fashioned hymn sing of Songs of the Cross. Lent is almost upon us and it is a perfect time to meditate musically on the meaning of Calvary and the cross. Have a favorite? Make sure you send me an email so it can be included in our "songbook" for the night.
I'm also happy to announce that on April 5th @ 6:00 p.m. Marsha Pino-Stevens will be presenting worship in song at Joy. We're looking forward to welcoming her Palm Sunday as we start our Holy Week celebrations.

How awesome to be part of such a wonderful ministry. Thanks to Reverend Carol who gives 110% for the music ministry at Joy MCC. Thanks also to Kim Baker who shares his piano talents at every rehearsal (choir, Sing for Joy, and the evening service) and every service. We share in the love for music and the Holy Spirit was certainly present at Sunday's concert. I am blessed to be part of this group.
